We’re in the process of creating personas for our key users within the CPS. These are centred around the key roles that will be impacted by the future casework tools we are currently building:

• Desk based prosecutor
• Casework assistant
• Paralegal officer
• Advocate
• Specialist prosecutor
• Legal manager
